A Kiss (from
their significant others, of course) is expected and cherished by those in the
throes Of Love.
Alas, the latter couldn’t
be said of the track from Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, which was five
minutes and as many seconds long.
It was rendered by a
pair who share initials – Vishal Dadlani and Vasundhara Das. The fact that it
was very disappointing (which, coincidentally, is also abbreviated to VD) was
evident from the line, “Stay away from
the kiss of love.”
Penned by Gulzar, it
was composed by Shankar Mahadevan, Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonsa.
