It didn’t sUStain people’s interest

Each of lyricist Javed Akhtar’s collaborations with composers Shankar Mahadevan, Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonsa is eagerly awaited by their fans.

But it wouldn’t be incorrect to say that Kyun! Ho Gaya Na… (2004) was one of the biggest disappointments associated with the quartet.

And without an iota of doubt, the most insipid song in its soundtrack is Aao Na, which was the longest track in the film – it was six minutes and 33 seconds long.

It is UNfortunate that the track was rendered by SingerS of the calibre of Udit Narayan and Sadhana Sargam.
