Shankar’s energy certainly increased Ma(hadeva)nifold

There’s no doubt that Morya Re from Don – The Chase Begins Again, which was composed by Shankar Mahadevan, Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonsa, was one of the most upbeat Hindi film songs celebrating Ganpati Bappa, who is called the remover of obstacles.

The track, which was penned by Javed Akhtar, was five minutes and 52 seconds long.

And those who are well-versed in Indian mythology would opine that it couldn’t have been more appropriate that the creation was rendered by one of its creators. The man who sang the track was none other than Mahadevan.
